The climate of La Paz

What is the capital of Bolivia? La Paz is not the capital of Bolivia, but it is the city where the parliament is located. The city is located at an altitude of about 3600 meters within the Highlands of Bolivia and has a temperate china climate (some sources mistakenly classify La Paz as areas with a high mountain climate). With almost 2500 hours of sunshine per year, La Paz is fairly sunny, the six hundred millimeters of precipitation on an annual basis make La Paz a city with slightly less precipitation than an average Dutch city.
